Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Refund Eligibility

We will process refunds for returned items that meet the following criteria:

• Damaged/Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
• Wrong Item Shipped: If we sent the incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item or issue a refund.
• Change of Mind: Refunds will be issued (minus shipping costs) if the return meets our policy conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@cambridgeworksheets.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item (if damaged/defective)
• The reason for return

We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• You will be refunded via your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized/custom-made products
• Opened or used materials (unless defective)
• Items not purchased from Cambridge Worksheets
